Champagne J. De Telmont, founded in 1912 in Damery – in the heart of the Champagne vineyard - is a 100% family owned House and is one of the very few such left in the region. Today, the fourth generation of the Lhopital family, brother and sister Bertrand and Pascale, manage the estate in line with the philosophy of past generations, dedicated to conviviality, hospitality and sharing. The family strives to preserve the unique know-how based on long tradition and to maintain Champagne J. De Telmont among the major Champagne Houses.

Cuvée “Sans Soufre Ajouté” Brut

Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this exceptional cuvee was obtained from the best Côte des Blancs Grands Crus Villages of a one single great harvest. After a meticulous selection of the finest grapes, only the first pressing is used for the blend. It is one the crowning of our wines.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif, during a special meal or romantic interludes.

Cuvée O.R. 1735 Brut Millésimé – Vintage

The result of our House’s creative imagination, the O.R. 1735 cuvee, combines all the savoir faire of Champagne through the selection of terroirs, and the expression of Chardonnay grown in the best Grand Crus villages, slowly aged in our cellars under natural cork. A genuine moment of revelation, representing 200 years of Champagne history.
Opening such a bottle leads you on a journey back in time.

Grande Réserve Brut

It is the result of a subtle marriage of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and the blend of several years including some reserve wines of 3 years minimum. This wine is kept minimum 30 months in our deep cellars. Beautifully balanced, it combines richness, fruitiness and freshness.

Grand Rosé Brut

Enjoying our Grand Rosé Brut is like biting into a fruit. The addition of Pinot red wine from our old vines into a large majority of Chardonnay allows us to reach this feeling. It is a delicate and fruitful wine.
Best enjoying as an aperitif, to pair with seafood, red-mullet, pink or grilled meat and also with red berry fruit desert.

Grand Blanc de Blancs Brut Millésimé - Vintage

This Grand Blanc de Blancs Brut is the wonderfully harmonious result of a blend of renowned Chardonnay crus and the fruit of a single great year. It stands out for its delicate pale gold colour, finesse, extreme lightness and incomparable fruitiness.
To be ideally paired as an aperitif, with fine dishes such as seafood, white meat, young parmesan and comté cheese.

Grand Vintage Brut Millésimé - Vintage

When nature generously offers a harvest of exceptional quality, it deserves the best treatment possible. The wealth of fine qualities found in a champagne produced with the grapes from a single great year makes it ideal for ageing. Is is a well-balanced, smooth and fruity champagne that stands out for its refinement and distinction.

Cuvée L.D Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature

The perfect balance between freshness and maturity of Chardonnay of one single year allowed us to produce a most harmonious Blanc de Blancs with very low dosage to show case the true expression of the terroir. This cuvee combines minerality and roundness in fine harmony.
Perfect as an aperitif and with sea-food or even cheese…

Grand Couronnement Brut Millésimé – Vintage

Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this exceptional cuvee was obtained from the best Côte des Blancs Grands Crus Villages of a one single great harvest. After a meticulous selection of the finest grapes, only the first pressing is used for the blend. It is one the crowning of our wines.

Vineyard
Champagne J. De Telmont’s vineyard stretch over 30 hectares (74 acres) in eight villages (crus) planted with the three classic Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Soil and exposure
The vineyard is worked in an environmentally respectful moving forwards cultivation in biodynamie.
