“Member of the 13th generation of winegrowers in my family (see Domaine de la Petite Chapelle), and winemaker since 2014, I expanded my Domaine in 2020, taking over part of the family business.
With 22 ha of vines, the estate covers several towns in Saumur, with the 4 regional grape varieties: Chardonnay, Chenin, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet-Sauvignon. The 22 hectares of the Domaine extend over the communes of Souzay-Champigny, Parnay, Saumur, Dampierre-sur-Loire, Varrains, Chacé, Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg and Artannes. I grow Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon there for the production of rosé wines and red wines, Chenin and Chardonnay for white wines and crémants.
The wines are HVE certified. This certification shows my involvement in sustainable agriculture, integrating and developing biodiversity in the management of the vineyard, as well as the limitation of inputs. Several methods have been put in place such as the planting of hedges, promoting the development of auxiliary fauna, tillage, the establishment of test plots, to test new treatment systems.

Vintages for sale

We discover this red Saumur-Champigny Les 2 Vents 2020, Cabernet franc grape variety, vines over 40 years old, aging 6 to 8 months in vats, which continues its beautiful evolution, with a subtle and intense bouquet at the same time, with notes of under -wood and ripe red fruits, ample and melted on the palate, a powerful wine to open on hazelnuts of pork with prunes or veal liver with bacon.
Intense, complex, this Saumur blanc Embruns de Chenin 2021, 100% Chenin, 20-year-old vines, is very balanced, elegant, with a dense and fragrant mouth, pleasant by its liveliness, with a predominance of dried fruits (apricot) and hawthorn .
Another pretty bottle with its Saumur rosé “Le Rosé de Guéguette” 2021, 70% cabernet franc and 30% Cabernet-Sauvignon, vines over 40 years old, has a brilliant light pink color, mixing freshness and structure, it is a pretty wine on the palate, with subtle and persistent aromas dominated by fresh fruit.
